Compliance
Maintaining records of procurement activities and disclosure of Texas Government Code 552of the Texas Public Information Act and all other compliance and reporting requirements
Bid & Proposal Management
Identifying and obtaining line items, quantities, and specification sheets from Invitation for Bids (IFB’s) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s) to ensure order accuracy while noting tax exemption status
Logistics & Distribution
Coordinating the transportation of good to various agencies by collaborating with distributors and suppliers while noting special shipping instructions
