• Collaborating with distributors and suppliers prior to shipment and order fulfillment for validation to minimize the risk of order discrepancy
• Displaying transparency in operations to build trust and set expectations
• Conveying any special packing and shipping instructions to distributors and suppliers
• Identifying and obtaining needed commodities from manufacturers and suppliers who demonstrate timeliness, agility, customer focus, reliability, responsiveness, and competitive pricing.
• Ensuring that all sourcing is compliant with applicable laws and regulation.
